The Harlem Wizards are coming back to Downers Grove for an evening of high-energy basketball and community fun. Mark your calendars for Sunday, January 18, 2026, when DG58 staff members will take the court against the Harlem Wizards at Downers Grove South High School.
Please note an important time change for the Harlem Wizards basketball game on Sunday, Jan. 18 at Downers Grove South High School. Due to the Chicago Bears vs. Los Angeles Rams game, the event has been moved earlier in the day.
New Times:
• Doors open: 1:00 p.m.
• Game time: 2:00 p.m.
• Event concludes: 4:00 p.m.

This popular annual event supports the Downers Grove District 58 Educational Foundation and the important programs it supports for students and staff across the District. Known for their entertaining mix of basketball skills, comedy, and crowd interaction, the Harlem Wizards promise a fun-filled time for all ages.
In December, a Harlem Wizards player visited several District 58 schools, hosting assemblies and sharing basketball tricks with students—building excitement for the upcoming game.
Community members are encouraged to attend, cheer on DG58 staff, and support our schools. Tickets are on sale now, and this event is expected to draw a large crowd.
