This month, District 58 students in grades 3–8 will participate in the Illinois Assessment of Readiness (IAR), and our 5th and 8th graders will also take the Illinois Science Assessment (ISA). As these state-mandated assessments approach, we appreciate the partnership of our families in helping students feel prepared and supported.

The District 58 Board of Education will hold a Regular Business Meeting on Monday, March 9 at 7 p.m. at the Downers Grove Civic Center. See the Board Preview for an overview of the meeting.

The February 23 Board of Education Curriculum Workshop included a 2026 Winter Data Snapshot, Middle School Math Pilot Update, discussion on Middle School Athletics and Activities, and District Committee and Initiatives Updates.
