The District 58 Board of Education will hold a Regular Business Meeting on Monday, March 11, 2024, at 7 p.m. at Downers Grove Village Hall. The public may also view the meeting remotely, via the Village of Downers Grove’s YouTube page. After the meeting has concluded, the Village will process the video and send it to District 58 to be posted on the District’s YouTube channel.

- A recommendation to approve an alternate bid for door replacement for Phase I elementary schools
- A recommendation to approve a resolution authorizing the transfer of monies from the Working Cash Fund to the Education and Transportation Funds
- A recommendation to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Downers Grove Public Library
- A recommendation to declare no longer needed equipment as surplus in order to sell the equipment
- A recommendation to put out a Request for Proposal for food service for the middle schools
- A recommendation to approve the purchase of additional property casualty insurance for Phase I middle school construction work
- A recommendation to approve Middle School Bid Group #3 related to construction work at the middle schools
- A recommendation to approve Phase I Elementary Bid Group #4 for drywall and electrical work at the elementary schools
