Board of Education

The Downers Grove Grade School District 58 Board of Education will hold a Curriculum Workshop on Monday, Oct. 26 at 7 p.m. at Indian Trail School, 6235 Stonewall Ave. Under Governor Pritzker’s guidelines for Phase 4, a limited number of seats will be available for the public to attend the meeting in person. The public is strongly encouraged to participate in the meeting remotely.

The Curriculum Workshop will provide the Board and community an update regarding the upcoming release of Illinois School Report Card data and summative designations, a review of fall MAP data, and information on math and social studies curriculum updates. After the presentation, the Board will offer community members a 30-minute extended public comment period, during which time they may engage in a two-way conversation with Board members.
