Staying informed and connected is an important part of a strong school community. Our District Communication Guide provides an overview of how District 58 shares news, updates, and important information with students, families, staff, and community members.

ParentSquare
District 58 uses ParentSquare as its primary communication platform for timely school and district updates, news, and resources. ParentSquare is also used by District 99, providing a more seamless communication experience as students transition from middle school to high school.
Beginning in the 2026–27 school year, middle school staff will also use ParentSquare for all home-to-classroom communications, including newsletters and updates. Families of middle school students should make sure their ParentSquare accounts are activated and notification preferences are set to receive these communications.
District and school emails sent through ParentSquare will come from addresses ending in @parentsquare.com. Please add this domain to your safe sender list to help ensure you receive important communications.
