The February 9 Board of Education Regular Meeting included a Spotlight on Henry Puffer School, a presentation on Setting the Stage for Success in Kindergarten, and the appointment of the next principal of Whittier.
Registration for the 2026–27 school year is now open for all new and returning District 58 students. Families are encouraged to complete online registration by March 13, 2026, to help the District plan staffing, services, and supports for a smooth start to the school year.
Over 495 students took the spotlight at the 2026 Solo & Ensemble Festival, showcasing their dedication, skill, and love of music.
