District 58 elementary students had the opportunity to learn from acclaimed children’s authors during Author Fest 2026, held April 22–24. Through engaging presentations and interactive experiences, students explored the creative process and strengthened their passion for reading, writing, and storytelling.

The April 13 Board of Education Regular Meeting included a presentation on the Education Foundation, Teacher Grant recipient recognition, an update on Middle School Athletics & Activities, and more.
