To The Herrick Family,
We are looking forward to a great end to our school year! It is hard to believe that May is upon us. With that being said, we are excited about the wonderful classroom activities that our students will be participating in this month. Additionally, May is packed full of concerts and sporting events that are sure to keep up the morale at Herrick!

PTA Fitness Center Fundraiser
The PTA has joined forces with the Physical Education department at Herrick for a very exciting fundraiser. Our "Buy a Brick” fundraiser makes it possible for every Herrick family to leave their mark at Herrick Middle School. By making a donation of at least $50 you can have your family name, student names or company name printed on a brick in the Herrick fitness room. All proceeds will go towards purchasing new equipment for the Herrick fitness room. But hurry!! The brick painting will happen this summer, and by placing your order now you are ensured a place on the wall by fall. Brochures were sent home with registration packets and can be returned with registration materials by May 11th. Forms can also be found on the Herrick website.

HERRICK VOLLEYBALL & BASKETBALL CAMP
Herrick will be hosting both a volleyball and basketball camp this summer. All the information and camp forms can be found on our district web page and on the Herrick web page. You can also stop by and pick up a packet in the Herrick office. The camp includes a camp T-shirt,water bottle, lots of skill work, game play, and several opportunities to win fun prizes.
The cost is $40.00 and the camp is for students entering- 5th, 6th, 7th, & 8th grade in the fall.
Volleyball camp is the week of JUNE 11-15, 2012
Basketball camp is the week of JULY 23-27, 2012
