Grove Children’s Preschool Application Information 2023-24
When do applications open and is there a fee to apply?
Applications for 2023-24 open on Wednesday, Feb. 22 at 8 a.m. at www.dg58.org/preschool. You can also access the application directly here. Please note that there is a $50 non-refundable application fee. Please click here to pay the application fee. (Click the "Make a one-time payment button".)
What is the application due date?
The deadline for application sorting is Wednesday, March 8. Any returning students or siblings who are new to the program have until that date to receive priority. Application priority is given in this order:
- First priority: Current Grove Children's Preschool students
- Second priority: Siblings of current Grove Children's Preschool students
- Third priority: New students with no current connections
What is the cost of the tuition program?
The 2023-24 cost is $410.90 per month for 10 installments for a total of $4,109. During the registration process, families are required to provide the first month installment of $410.90 to solidify their spot in our program for the 2023-24 school year.
When will I know if my child(ren) have been accepted into the program?
Letters to families indicating acceptance or waitlist status will be sent on Friday, March 10 via email.
If we are accepted into the program, when will registration be due?
Registration information will be included in the acceptance email. In order to finalize your enrollment and spot in the program, registration needs to be completed by Friday, March 24.
What happens if I do not turn my registration in by March 24?
Your spot will be given to someone on our waitlist and your name will be placed at the bottom of that list. After March 24, any waitlist student who has been offered a spot will have two weeks to complete registration and payment to maintain a spot in Grove Children’s Preschool.
What do I need to complete registration?
You will need your child’s birth certificate, three proofs of residency, and the other forms that will be included in your acceptance packet. If possible, we ask that we have a current physical exam form completed for your child by registration. We are also asking that parents pay the first month’s tuition of $410.90 at registration which will be applied to the following September’s tuition payment.
If we are a Community family, when is our tuition due? Can we pay for a semester or the whole year ahead of time?
It is due on the first of every month and pays for the following month. For example, the Sept. 1 payment pays for October programming costs. Yes, you can pay as far in advance as you would like.
