    The office must have the following forms from everyone,
    even if payment was made on-line.
     
    1.  2013-14 Payment Form
    2.  Registration Checklist (With payment option indicated)
    3.  Student Information and Emergency Form (Signed)
    4.  Signed Certificate of Residence
    5.  School Material Fees Form (With payment option indicated)

    PTA (Parent/Teacher Association) Meeting
    Friday, May 17, 2013 from 8:30 - 9:30 am in the gym (babysitting available)
    Meet the new PTA Executive Board Members and learn about upcoming events and all the PTA does for our children.  Call the office at (630) 719-5835 if you would like to take advantage of the babysitting services.
     
     
    ABC Adventure
    Wednesday, May 29, 2013 9:30-10:30 am in the gym
    Bring your kindergartner to school for an hour of ABC activities and receive ideas to keep your child learning all summer long. This event is only for students entering kindergarten and their parents.
     
    New Family Orientation
    August 22 or 23 (exact date to be determined) 
    Stop at school for a tour of the building.  Students and parents are invited to meet their new teacher and visit the classroom.You will receive an email message in early August to confirm the date and time.
